We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Located in Springfield, Massachusetts, this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will play a crucial part in handling provider enrollment processes, maintaining accurate provider data, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the gathering and compilation of renewed licensure, board, and insurance information.
• Maintain and update provider enrollment records in the designated databases.
• Conduct reviews of provider information for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with medical and insurance providers to fill in any gaps in the information.
• Assist the Provider Enrollment Specialists in follow-up work with the plans, ensuring minimal or no delays in ascertaining the status of applications.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with providers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into systems.
• Adhere to document control protocols and maintain provider enrollment files.• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with enrollment processes in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with medical and insurance providers.
• Proficient in data entry with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns in a detail oriented manner.
• Knowledge and experience in document control, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
• Previous involvement in provider enrollment, understanding the necessary steps and requirements.
