Requirements

Main Quest

• Successful support of projects and processes for Operations

Side Quest

• Office security checkpoints and company requirements

• Entrance and departure of employees and visitors

• Managing and scheduling parcels

• Scheduling and managing schedules

• Purchase requests

• Office cleanliness and organization

• Other administrative duties as requested

Responsibilities

• Create documentation for office guides and procedures

• Ensure that OPS documents are up to date

• Organize receipts and compile monthly expense reports

• Successfully manage relationships and connections with vendors

• Keep stock of onsite office supplies

• Create a welcoming office environment

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive information
