Job Summary:
Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Auto Dealership Parts Manager. This is a full-time individual contributor role in which the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the parts department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dealership's parts inventory. The role will be based out of our Oak Park, Michigan location and will require a strong understanding of the auto industry and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts department of the dealership
- Maintain and update inventory levels to ensure proper stock of parts and accessories
- Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and customer retention
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- Assist customers in ordering and purchasing parts and accessories
- Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Monitor and report on parts department performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures related to the parts department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the auto industry, preferably in a parts management role
- Strong knowledge of auto parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory management and ordering systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
