Smoothie King is looking for a brand champion who will lead the charge to bring our products in front of new guests in the community. At S moothie King, our mission is to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle and make our products an integral part of everyones daily lives. As a Smoothie King Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in spreading this mission by introducing our products to new guests and highlighting the benefits of our high-quality ingredients.This seasonal role is perfect for those who are eager to promote our delicious and healthy smoothies within their community.

Role Overview:

• Rate: $20/hr
• Type: Seasonal - Summer
• Hours: 30 hours per week

Essential Functions:

• Plan, execute, and manage sampling activations within the region. Directly responsible for maximizing system marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness, and implementing promotions that increase customer traffic and build sales.
• Conduct a minimum of 3 sampling events per week in populated areas on college campuses or major events.
• Create content and share social media content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Actively promote and secure a minimum of 4 catering orders per week.
• Responsible for receiving permissions and permits for all activations.
• Educate consumers about the Smoothie King product.
• Manage and track activations and samplings to be shared with supervisor weekly.
• Understand Smoothie Kings brand positioning, product, messaging, approach, and differentiators.
• Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to make sure all goals are met.
• Maintain a positive mindset and image of the brand.
• Maintain company standards of dress, appearance, and demeanor while representing Smoothie King.
• Guide and ensure consistency of corporate and brand messages throughout each program.
• Must be able to receive promotional shipments and be able to coordinate samples with local stores.
• Give feedback on new promotional ideas that appeal to the target audience.

• Ability to communicate, influence, and drive awareness within assigned market.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and all levels of management.
• Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• A dynamic, high-energy individual able to excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Interest in working in a fast-growing environment with changing responsibilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, while possessing a can-do attitude.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Reliable vehicle with trunk / storage room for transporting promotional supplies.
• Love meeting new people, engaging in conversations and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power-Point.
• Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel to/from stores, businesses, and events.
• Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
