*Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Per Diem*
As a COTA, you’ll work closely under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on care that supports each patient’s progress and goals. You’ll help improve daily functioning, reinforce therapy plans, and bring encouragement and energy into every session. Your role is essential in helping patients maintain their independence at home.

*Position Qualifications:*
· Graduate of an accredited program – New Grads Welcome
· Current COTA Wisconsin state license
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred but not required
· Rehab Optima Knowledge preferred but not required
