About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to provide strategic vision and oversight of all human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all employment and labor laws. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in HR initiatives, organizational design, and change management, who can also foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Chief People Officer will work closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with the company's mission and values, and will be instrumental in the growth and transformation of the organization. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company must have a Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, and hold a PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification. A minimum of 15 years' experience in HR, including at least 10 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all HR functions, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with HRIS systems, particularly UltiPro, and a proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple HR projects are essential. The role demands a professional with a high level of emotional intelligence, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels of the organization.
