Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operator/Machinist – 2nd Shift\n

$22 – $27/hour + 10% Shift Premium and Benefits from Day 1

About the Role
Viant Medical is seeking a experienced CNC Machine Operators / CNC Machinists to join our team on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) . In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts that meet exacting medical device standards.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines for high-precision production
\n
• Inspect parts using blueprints, gauges, and inspection tools
\n
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues to maintain dimensional integrity
\n
• Deburr, buff, and finish parts per specifications
\n
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines
\n

What We’re Looking For
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ 2+ years CNC machining experience (required)
✅ Ability to read & interpret blueprints, work with tight tolerances
✅ Strong communication skills & knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
