This position is hands-on supervision at 3 different industrial locations, so youll work alongside those you supervise disinfecting workspaces, collecting garbage, dusting, vacuuming, moping, and wiping down touch points.
Other supervisory duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Use of walk-behind/riding industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers
* Order cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is in good working order
* Resolve any cleaning site issues to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
* Communicate staff needs to area management and office team
* Lock-up cleaning site locations when done to ensure the security of the location
Compensation is based on experience, and our part-time supervisors receive paid sick and vacation time. **After 3 months of employment, the part-time supervisor sign-on bonus pays out $100. You get another $150 after another 3 months!**
Best of all, youll be provided on-the-job training by area manager staff to ensure you have the tools to be successful.
