Compensation Consultant 5-HR at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Be a part of the innovative and evolving culture within Oracle's US Compensation Consulting organization and become a key member of our collaborative and diverse team. This role will provide strategic compensation client support for Oracle's Corporate Operations and Legal organizations. It involves collaborating with many stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, regional compensation consultants, global compensation programs, and other key functional areas. As a consultant, this role will provide guidance and program support in all areas of compensation. + Provide compensation consultation for a line of business within the organization, primarily supporting a team of HR Business Partners. + Partnering with our HRBPs, lead key initiatives that drive attraction/retention, engagement, performance and cost optimization. + Help create analytics that provide deep insights that assist HR with modeling budgets and advising leaders on recommendations during global programs such as focal reviews and annual equity planning. + Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent that is both efficient and cost-beneficial for Oracle. This includes, but is not limited to, critical roles and executive hires. + Drive the execution of projects, both internally and externally facing. + Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and implement innovative approaches. + Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. + Train and mentor other team members. Qualifications + Looking for someone with 12+ years broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset + Exceptional influencing, relationship management and communication skills + Ability to tell a story using data that create meaningful insights + Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills + Ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data + Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills + Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment + Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Responsibilities Serves as strategic compensation consultant with assigned clients to provide advice, direction and guidance on broadly defined compensation matters.
