We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Fairfield, California. This is a long-term contract position offering a mix of ongoing and part-time work over the course of several months. The role is ideal for individuals with basic Microsoft Office skills and entry-level experience in Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Input and update data accurately, including adding and verifying dates.
• Utilize basic Excel functions to organize and maintain records.
• Perform routine accounts payable tasks, including reviewing and processing invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or errors in data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
• Uphold accuracy and efficiency in all data-related activities.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for data entry assignments.• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Entry-level experience or familiarity with accounts payable processes.
