Position Summary: To assist in the maintenance of the Data Management Systems. Ensure that all assignments, reports, and activities are performed in a prompt, accurate and cost effective fashion.
- Data entry to maintain Ready Pac Data Management System; reporting, reviewing and entering data into the systems based on finished product, raw product, PMO efficiencies and line yields in tandem with the production scheduled days and times.
- Collect and verify downtime sheets
- Enters downtime into RPDMS/Vorne
- Check efficiencies and Yield reports for accuracy, report issues to production so they can be addressed and assist as required
- Pull Daily reports based on input and send to appropriate Production Managers & Controller
- Prints Specs, Schedules and Part List for Supervisors and Frontline Coordinators
- File production paperwork
- Follow all food safety and GMP policies
- All other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
- Good communication skills
- Good basic math skillsincluding, add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages, compute averages
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to key in given data with very little to no errors
- 1-2 year of previous clerical experience or Bachelor's degree
- Be able to maintain confidentiality as some reports contain confidential information.

- Physical Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to perform repetitive movements. The associate regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
