Job Details
Prepare accurate cost estimates for both commercial and residential roofing projects
Evaluate project specifications, including roofing materials, labor, equipment, and timeline
Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate pricing with clients
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all estimates, proposals, and contracts
Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new roofing products and technologies
Work with the operations team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Attend meetings and presentations to present proposals and answer client questions
