This individual will fill the lead broker's desk in the Fort Lauderdale office and will be provided the sales leads, marketing, and administrative support deserving of such a vital role. David Walters Yachts delivers the tools and resources necessary to enhance the success of our Yacht Brokers. Our team enjoys the support of full-time administrative staff, a marketing manager, a dedicated information technology and web development team, and a highly experienced in-house closing agent. Additionally, Yacht Brokers receive the best tools and resources to be efficient and effective. The Yacht Broker for this position can expect the benefit of a well-developed lead generation process, a highly effective marketing strategy, and the support and latitude necessary to develop their ideas and pursue opportunities. The Florida office is located just south of Fort Lauderdale in Dania Beach. Situated on the waterfront at Harbour Towne Marina. The office has been recently renovated, and the Lead Broker will have a private office. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a yacht broker Product knowledge and an understanding of the yacht sales cycle are essential.
