We are looking for an experienced Forklift Mechanic to join our team! This is a full-time position offering steady weekday hours and the opportunity to work directly with customers to keep their material-handling equipment in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems to identify root causes.
• Complete service reports and submit documentation to the supervisor.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnoses, repairs performed, and recommended maintenance.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a forklift or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems .
• Must provide your own basic tool set .
• Excellent communication skills ; ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
