Job Description 'We are looking to hire a resourceful fraud analyst to investigate activity for various types of fraud. In this role, you will research transactions, interview customers both internal and external. Document your findings and take any necessary actions. Types of activity being reviewed includes, but is not limited to, DIY Wire transfers, ACH, RTP, Zelle, DIY A2A, OLB/MOB logins. To be a successful fraud analyst, you should have excellent investigative techniques and knowledge of the banking industry. A top-notch fraud analyst should be able to work quickly, well under pressure and have a meticulous attention to detail. This position will work cases from online and phone queues, using various investigation methods and tools. If fraud is suspected or confirmed, the analyst will take action to prevent the transaction in question if possible. Additionally, the analyst will take measures to protect the customer and bank from continued fraudulent activity. 'This role is remote['anywhere in the U.S.' OR list specific cities/states].' Start Date: February 12th, 2024 4week training 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday Central Time Schedule: 1:30pm-10pm Sunday-Thursday Central Time.
