Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a front desk receptionist to work in our busy medical office. The job duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, taking payments, collecting insurance information, checking voicemails, and making outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments. A well-organized person is a must for this position as well as the ability to multi-task. This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the hours are 8am-6pm, Fridays are 8am-1pm. The pay starts at $19.00-$19.50 an hour. We do offer benefits/health insurance which you are eligible for after 90 days of employment.

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patients
• Taking payments
• Answer phone calls
• Make outbound calls to patients that need to reschedule appointments
• Check voicemails
• Collecting insurance information
• Scanning documents

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

• Customer service experience a plus
• Must have proficient computer/typing skills
