Training: All equipment and training will be provided. Prior experience with construction and glass installation is preferred.

Responsibilities: As a Glass Installer at Valley View Granite, you will install and maintain glass components. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure our customers receive top-notch service.

• Install various shower doors, including framed, frameless, sliding, and pivot doors, according to customer specifications and industry standards.
• Measure and assess the installation area to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of shower doors.
• Handle the complete installation process, including removing existing doors when needed, handling necessary hardware and tools, and ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide expert advice or recommendations on suitable shower door options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges that may arise during the process.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements:

• Experience as a shower door installer or similar role.
• Proficiency in accurately measuring and assessing installation areas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass doors and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
