Healthcare Recruiter - Chicago, IL - Remote
Overview: Job Summary: - Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for our expanding Health Care clients throughout the US, primarily school clients, with opportunities including nursing, therapy, and related roles.
- This individual will have the support of an experienced team of recruiters, sourcers, credentiallers, managers, and a wide variety of recruiting tools to help you reach your goals.

Job Duties:
- Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings using our ATS and recruiting resources.
- Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date paperwork.
Qualifications: - At least 2 years’ experience recruiting for roles such as Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Special Education Teachers (SPED), Paraprofessionals, and School Psychologists in school settings.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or school-based staffing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Organizational skills a must.
Salary:
- $55,000-$60,000 annual salary, plus commission structure.
