A virtuous, law-abiding, clean-cut individual of impeccable character is sought for a full-time housekeeping position in a private, smoke-free residence. Ideal candidate will be an honest, trustworthy, dependable, respectful person with a strong work ethic who is able and willing to take directions well. Duties include cleaning, laundry, ironing, running errands and coordinating maintenance and repairs for the home. Housekeeping skills are not required for this position as training will be provided to the right individual. Must be fluent in English, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A clean background check, and driving record are essential. A drug screening will be requested. Verifiable references will be requested. Must be eligible to work in the United States of America. Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping to keep home clean, tidy and organized
• Launder and care for clothing, shoes, accessories, bed linens
• Change linens, and gather used linens such as sheets and towels for laundering
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of bathroom sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, etc.
• Report repairs and replacements that may be needed when encountered on the job
• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Running errands for residences principals
• Coordinating and monitoring people servicing home when necessary
• Window cleaning

Qualifications:

• Excellent housekeeping and laundering/ironing skills.
• Must have excellent, verifiable references
• Extensive pre-employment background check and drug screening is required
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation to rural location in northern Fayette county.
• Must be fluent in English; must be eligible to work in the U.S

• A service-oriented professional who is honest, flexible, well-mannered and energetic
• Able to work alone and manage time to complete all tasks as needed
• Good eyesight and attention to detail is a must
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Can observe when secondary tasks need to be performed and take action
