Key responsibilities:

Develop skills and take guidance
Work to a budget and timeline
Investigate and document existing conditions
Convert cartoon sets to construction drawings
Draft work for projects
Prepare programming documentation
Space planning
Finish research, coordination, and selection
Furniture research, coordination, and selection
Assist in putting together presentations
File documents for projects
Additional interior design admin work as required

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

Associates Degree in Interior Design or a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design
Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office products
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Able to get to and from sites reliably
