Responsibilities and Tasks: + ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY + Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations. + Demonstrate support for EHS programs to reinforce a positive culture for EHS activities. + Demonstrate support for the execution of the EHS management systems throughout the organization. + Ensure required EHS training is completed. + Provide team members the resources necessary to fulfill their EHS responsibilities. + Clearly communicate expectations and enforce safety and environmental policies. + Promptly implement preventative and corrective actions when gaps in expectations are identified. + Communicate problems or concerns to the appropriate individual immediately. + DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT + Drive for efficiency in all work processes. + Identify manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. + Direct all aspects of the Site Information Technology (IT) services. + Define strategic initiatives to drive site IT performance to benchmark levels of service. + Define, manage, and monitor IT performance metrics. + Understand, prioritize, and manage strategic Fab/IT improvement projects. + Develop strong relationships with Manufacturing and Support Groups to ensure IT services are delivering highest system uptime, reliability, and quality. + Coordinate global IT alignment processes and IT resources. + STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION + Communicate department goals and Line of Sight to areas of focus within your sphere of influence. + Provide periodic department updates to review status and update future goals and objectives. + Articulate compelling and inspiring visions and strategies. + Maintain ongoing dialogue with global IT counterparts. + Communicate site expectations to the IT organization. + Manage the people side of change. + PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT + Create an environment of motivation to foster team members engagement to the fullest of their potential. + Develop a succession management strategy and periodically conduct talent reviews within department. + Promote and exemplify a leader-led developmen To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
