SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Jewelry Polisher position is responsible for working closely with our Head Bench Jeweler to produce in house jewelry orders

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Polish high-end material through basic bench jewelry production including cleaning castings, soldering, and polishing with a heavy focus on casting clean-up
• Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
• Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
• Rotating through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

• One-year experience in jewelry production (polishing) preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with polishing tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills who is eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
