Cabinet Concepts & Design is a 25 year old company that has grown solely through long-term relationships and word-of-mouth referrals. We are looking for a motivated individual for either a part-time or full-time position. The individual will be self-driven, creative, detail oriented and organized, wanting to develop their career with a growing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in kitchen and bath design OR working in the construction field. Key Responsibilities: Design kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 Design Live software Conduct site visits in the Washington DC metropolitan area prior to design, during construction, and at cabinet deliveries, as needed Meet with clients on and offsite Generate new business opportunities Provide design guidance to clients and introduce trade partners when necessary Keeping abreast of industry trends and design terminology Territory includes the Washington DC metropolitan area Qualifications: 3+ years experience in the trade, kitchen and bath design, and sales Ability to work with various budgets Excellent analyzing and problem-solving skills Dispute/Conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to read and understand construction drawings/blueprints and floor plans Sales aptitude, presentation skills, adaptability, and professionalism A valid drivers license & reliable transportation Skills Experience Job Type Location Bethesda, Maryland Posted about 16 hours ago
