Established in 2010, Kitchen Envy, Inc. is a premier woman-owned boutique cabinetry and tile studio located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We specialize in providing our clients with a tailored design experience to fit their needs and fulfill their vision. As we continue to grow our creative reach across North-East Florida, we are looking for a new highly motivated and talented kitchen and bath designer to join our team. 2020 Design experience is a MUST. Cabinetry experience HIGHLY preferred. Leads will be furnished to the designer upon hiring. Remote opportunities available. Responsibilities include the following: Providing design and job management for assigned projects from start through completion. Preparing preliminary drawings. Pricing all materials and labor; preparing proposals as needed. Coordinating any necessary project meetings. Preparing contracts. Processing and submitting all necessary paperwork. Preparing complete drawings for contract and installation. Preparing installation packages for installers. Coordinating timing with Office Manager for installation of project. Coordinating final punch list items for job completion. Maintaining clear and open communication with clients and office staff at all times. Managing final walk-throughs with clients at job completion. Proactive lead generation and networking. Qualifications Bachelors degree / Kitchen & Bath Design Certificate / 2020 Design Live or Equal Experience Design and sales experience required. Proficient in 2020 Design Software and Microsoft Office. Maintains knowledge of product and industry trends and developments. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with all clients, trade partners, reps and coworkers. Superb listening and communication skills. Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise. Must be able to furnish hiring manager with portfolio upon request.
