We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role in an innovative and fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring that our facilities are operating at optimal levels. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard, in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all maintenance operations and manage a team of technicians.
2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
3. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
4. Ensure that all maintenance activities are in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards.
5. Manage and support automation projects, including programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC systems.
6. Lead and coordinate projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
7. Ensure safety regulations are met at all times.
8. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the maintenance function is supporting the needs of the business.
9. Regularly review and update maintenance protocols, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
10. Provide training and support to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience with automation, GMP, HACCP, and Allen Bradley PLC.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Hands-on technical experience, with a strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for implementing efficient solutions.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
9. Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
10. Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests during off-hours.
