Our dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The goal is to ensure that our machinery and equipment are always in good working condition for maximum productivity.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
2. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
3. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
4. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
5. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
6. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
7. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
8. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or other managerial role.
2. Experience in planning maintenance operations.
3. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
4. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
5. Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
9. Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
10. 3+ years of experience in the field of Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Inventory Management, Lean Manufacturing, Facility Management, Troubleshooting.
