Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality digital and printed collateral, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics. Website Management: Oversee the design, content, and functionality of our website to ensure it reflects our brand's luxury standards and optimizes user experience. Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and manage press releases to promote positive coverage of our brand. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs, to attract and retain customers. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand's voice, style, and standards. Marketing & Communications Manager Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry (hotel/restaurant experience preferred). Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Technical Skills: SEO, HTML, CSS, JSON Schema Markup, Google Suite GA4/Ads/Analytics, Microsoft Office 365, WordPress/web maintenance, Meta & other Social Media (paid/organic), CRM, Salesforce, Cendyn, Hootsuite, and digital media production Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with various departments and teams. Strategic and Creative: Strong strategic thinking combined with a creative mindset. Public Relations: Experience in handling public relations and maintaining a positive public image for an organization. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
