Woodharbor Custom Cabinetry is hiring a Marketing Manager as a Full-Time job in Mason City, IA.

The Marketing Manager at WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry is a versatile marketing professional skilled in technical, creative, organizational, and business planning. This role is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing brand initiatives, coordinating design and agency activities, and overseeing communications. The primary goal is to drive sales growth and build brand awareness. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing deliverables and overseeing implementation timelines.

Woodharbor manufactures four cabinetry product lines from a state-of-the-art facility located in Mason City, Iowa. Woodharbor Custom Framed and Woodharbor Custom Frameless Cabinetry, custom cabinetry lines and Breeze Framed Cabinetry by Woodharbor and Breeze Frameless Cabinetry by Woodharbor, a semi-custom cabinet line for the more value-conscious homeowner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing support and product feedback with dealers and designers; oversee product campaign launches, customer outreach, and social media strategies across platforms.
• Manage website updates, blog content, and social media initiatives (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest); execute influencer campaigns and communications including press releases and media events.
• Optimize customer contact database and email distribution in HubSpot for targeted outreach; leverage email marketing automation for efficient communication.
• Handle leads and requests from the website and social media; assist in survey creation and management as needed.
• Oversee project photography and design all graphic materials for WoodHarbor; manage multiple design projects, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to budget and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Master's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)
• Experience in Hubspot (preferred)
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
