Job Description & RequirementsWork Schedule:
\nThis is a part-time, FTE .50 position. Every Saturday and Sunday, 7:30am - close (approximately 6pm.) Hours may vary based on department needs. This person will work full time for the first 4 weeks on day shift to train for this position.

\nWe are seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Weekender to:
\nEducation:
\nMinimum – Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology. OR education and training equivalent to an associate degree to include 60 semester hours including either:
\n• 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses or
\n• 24 semester hours of science courses
\nPreferred – Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science
\nWork Experience:
\nMinimum –
\nPreferred – One year experience as Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience
\nLicenses and Certifications:
\nMinimum –
\nPreferred –Certification Medical Laboratory Technician by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency
