Pay Rate: $20.54/hr (W2)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)

Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented
Receptionist to join our Irvine office. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating office amenities, and supporting daily administrative functions to ensure a welcoming and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities Reservation Coordination - Manage meeting room bookings and ensure availability for scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate reservations for internal and external guests.
Office Amenities & Setup - Prepare meeting rooms with required amenities.
- Monitor and restock pantry snacks and office supplies.
- Support general office maintenance and cleanliness.
Visitor Management - Handle visitor check-ins, registration, and escorting as needed.
- Greet guests and direct them to appropriate contacts.
Catering Support - Coordinate with catering vendors for event and meeting needs.
- Assist with food deliveries and ensure proper setup.
Mail & Package Handling - Receive, track, and distribute incoming packages.
- Manage outbound mail and courier requests.
Reception Duties - Answer and direct phone calls.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients and employees.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
Facility Support - Load and unload the dishwasher.
- Keep common areas clean and organized.
- Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with building services.
Employee & Client Assistance - Support employee and client needs related to office logistics.
- Maintain a professional and helpful front desk presence.
Qualifications Must-Have Skills - Minimum 2+ years in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar scheduling.
- Adaptable and flexible in handling multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools or platforms.
Education - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Interview Process - 1st round: Virtual interview.
- 2nd round: Onsite interview (if required).
