Job Summary:
We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people.
Please join our Banquets team as an On-Call Banquet Server.
The hourly rate is $15.95/hour, plus gratuity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, setting up equipment, and preparing the venue as needed.
· Work flexible hours based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries courteously and promptly.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
· Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
· Perform any additional duties as required by supervisors or event organizers.
