Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Oncology for a permanent position in Coos Bay, Oregon. Position: Permanent Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Oncology
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to oncology patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of cancer-related conditions.
Work closely with oncologists to develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.
Assist with chemotherapy administration, monitoring side effects, and offering patient education on treatment options and side effects.
Conduct routine follow-up care for cancer patients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
Monitor patients' overall health, including managing comorbidities and supporting rehabilitation after treatment.
Educate patients and their families about the cancer journey, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification with a focus or experience in oncology.
Valid Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience in oncology or a related field, providing direct patient care.
Strong clinical and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams.
