Personal Assistant to CEO – Hedge Fund
The CEO of a prominent hedge fund is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside a collaborative team of PAs. The ideal candidate with have be confident, able to handle direct feedback well, and used to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Location: Midtown Office NYC – on site minimum of 3 days/week (hybrid flexibility) – some work out of the household, but this is a mainly office based role
Salary commensurate with experience: $120-140k base + bonus, fully paid benefits, 401k match and PTO
Seeking:
-BA/BS Degree
-7+ years of relevant PA & EA experience – must have some office/corporate experience along with PA
-Must be very polished and professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
-Extremely fluent in Outlook calendar management and ever-changing schedules and priorities
-Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
-Team-oriented as this role works with two other PAs on the team
-Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel for spreadsheets
