Product Owner

They are seeking a Product Owner to join an Agile development team and work closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that stakeholders needs are properly prioritized and executed.

As the Product Owner you will:

• Assist Government Product Owner in prioritization of capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate team priorities from Government Product Owner to Agile team
• Communicate customer and user needs to the development team
• Author Acceptance Criteria, and contribute to planning, validation and demonstration of new capabilities.
• Communicate and coordinate with External Stakeholders
• Assist in the Development and Maintenance of Product Roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
• Prior experience with Agile Development, Scrum, and/or SAFe
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to be effective in a rapidly changing environment
• Understanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAFe Agile Methodologies
• Agile certification
• Technical background in Software Development
• Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutions
• Domain experience with Document Stores and Ontology concepts

The compensation range is $120k- $150k annual. Please note that this range is dependent on skills and experience.
