TCWGlobal is looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Program management team . This role is responsible for leading our StaffingNation platform development. As the bridge between our users, development team, and broader business goals, you'll champion innovation and drive the creation of a world-class software solution. Your role will involve meticulously analyzing user feedback, market trends, and business objectives to craft a product roadmap that propels StaffingNation to the forefront of the industry. With your exceptional communication skills, you'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable user stories and inspire collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities

Backlog Management:

o Build and maintain the product backlog, comprising user stories and system requirements, refining it for development and implementation.

o Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through direct collaboration with stakeholders/customers, analysts, developers, and architects, leveraging domain knowledge.

Stakeholder Engagement:

o Collaborate across Global Operations, Client Relations, Sales, and Compliance teams to capture user workflows, priorities, and system needs.

o Actively gather and prioritize business needs related to software development.

o Interpret and simplify StaffingNation as the product leader between TCW stakeholders and the development team.

Validation and Feedback:

o Validate and review software functionality, providing improvement feedback as necessary.

o Ensure the software team comprehends development goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Strategic Collaboration:

o Work closely with the Director of Program Management to ensure the software product aligns with user and customer needs.

o Apply deep domain knowledge of core business processes, user needs and market opportunities to make impactful decisions

Team Leadership and Agile Development:

o Lead Agile development teams in refining and communicating product roadmaps that deliver value in short cycles, collaborating closely with stakeholders.

o Champion continuous improvement of the product as well as team dynamics

Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university
•3 - 5 years of SW product lifecycle management experience
•CSM/CSPO or other Product/Agile proficiency certifications
•Ability to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challenges
•Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
•Strong attention to detail with analytical and systems problem-solving skills
•Effective communication and presentation skills
•Capable of performing well in a fast-paced, dyanamic environment
•Advanced MS Office skills, and PowerPoint
•Experience with project management and business analytics software: JIRA, Office 360, PowerBI, etc.,
•Solid knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices, process flows, and use case scenarios.
