Job Description

We are seeking a hard-working Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator’s responsibilities include maintaining a clean production area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Job Details:

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:45 AM
• 12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule

Duties include:

• Operating production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Performing quality checks, visual inspections, and collecting qualifying products.
• Working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
• Eligible for conversion to a permanent position after 480 hours.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
