Do you want to work in a high-energy environment where you can make a difference in people’s lives each day and open the world through cultural exchange? Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a determined and goal-oriented salesperson to work with potential host families.

In this role you will educate families about Cultural Care as a childcare solution and uncover the childcare needs of the potential host family to determine if the family is the right fit for our program. You’ll inspire families about the cultural exchange aspects of hosting an au pair. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of interested host families, with the goal of completing their profile and beginning their au pair search. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-task environment. You will play a large role in reaching sales goals and become an expert in expectation setting and driving urgency—all while working with a diverse set of colleagues on your team and overseas.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high motivation to hit individual and team sales goals
• Utilize persuasive communication skills and natural networking abilities to influence and build internal and external relationships
• Become product knowledge expert
• Leverage a consultative sales approach with families at different stages in the pipeline
• Initiate outbound and inbound conversations with host families to qualify and generate sales opportunities
• Focus on the quality of the customer experience
• Maintain excellent attention to detail while executing tasks swiftly
• Collaborate closely with the Placement Team to ensure a seamless transition for families as they complete their profiles and prepare to match with an au pair
