Work hours: Full Time Evenings 40 hours; 11a-9:30pm Mon-Wed and Friday
Sign-on bonus: for eligible Radiographers (eligible upon hire with a signed retention agreement)

Here’s What You Need
\nEducation
\n· Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology upon hire required Or
\n· Associate's Degree preferred
\n\n
Experience
\n· 1 year radiologic technologist experience preferred
\n\n
Licenses and Certifications
\n· CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (Either by the TDH or TMB) upon hire required And
\n· ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 6 months required And
\n· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

What You Will Do
\nImaging Procedures, Quality and Processing
\n· Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam
\n· Positions patient to correct anatomical area of interest
\nPatient Care
\n· Uses multidisciplinary, team oriented actions
\n· Assesses and recognizes the patient's emotional, physical, developmental, cognitive and psychosocial conditions
\nEquipment Operation and Maintenance
\n· Adjusts technical factors
\n· Operates, cares for and maintains equipment
\nProfessional Accountability and Partnership
\n· Maintains and enhances technical skills and technology advancement
\n· Performs any assignment deemed necessary by supervisor
