The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for the Lucas Meyer Cosmetics portfolio across the Texas and Midwest regions. This role focuses on building and strengthening strategic relationships with key brands, contract manufacturers, and distributors within the cosmetics and personal care industry through a consultative, B2B sales approach.
