Job Description - Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients during preconstruction phases.
- Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all proposals.
- Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends.

The Successful Applicant - 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience with healthcare, MOB, and telecommunications projects.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to hybrid work.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
