Known for its collaborative approach and commitment to innovation, the company is expanding its operations and offers excellent growth opportunities.Note: While this position starts fully remote, there will be a transition to working in-office a couple of days per week once the company secures its new office location in Dublin, GA.

Job Description
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients during preconstruction phases.
  • Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all proposals.
  • Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience with healthcare, MOB, and telecommunications projects.
  • Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to hybrid work.
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
