Our agency hires, trains, and onboards licensed, and those willing to become newly licensed, agents to lead them to launch an agency of their own while preparing them to become profitable quickly. Sales Agent Compensation and Benefits:

• $90,000-$160,000 yearly - Commission Only

Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Contact clients that have submitted a request for more information.
• Product presentations and assisting clients with application submissions.
• Keep a coachable mentality to continue personal and professional growth.
• Stick to an organized, trackable schedule.
• Be a positive team player willing to accept help from others and lend a hand when others are in need.
• Computer literate.
• Attend agency training and daily huddles.
