We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Administrator to customize and optimize Salesforce CRM, develop automation solutions, and support business workflows across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation rules.

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

• Maintain data quality, perform audits, and generate reports and dashboards.

• Provide user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components

• Workflow automation, Process Builder, Flow

• API integration and data migration

• Reporting & dashboard creation
