United Security Specialists, Inc. - Security Field Supervisor Location: Santa Clara, CA Immediate Opening for the position of Field Supervisor Field Supervisor's duties include but are not limited to: Conducting site/post checks, uniform and guard card inspections of guards Training of guards at their assigned sites as needed Assist management with disciplinary issues of guards Meet with clients while out in the field Provide support to our guards as needed GRAVEYARD and WEEKENDS shifts required (Must be flexible to work various shifts from 2p-6am Monday-Friday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays) Pay Rate: $22-$25 (D.O.E) Position requirements: 3-5 years of security experience 1-2 years of Patrol Supervisor or Site Supervisor experience preferred Valid BSIS guard card Possess and maintain valid CA driver's license (must have a clean driving record of at least 3 years for consideration) Have an Android or iPhone capable of using our report writing application Authorized to work in the U.S. and are at least 18 years of age Professional demeanor and appearance United Security Specialists is a new and exciting Security Services Corporation.
