About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Affiliate Organizational Management and Leadership. This role is pivotal in building and supporting programs that enhance organizational strength and resilience across the company's nationwide network of affiliates. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides technical assistance in various areas, including change management, organizational development, leadership development, human resources, board governance, and strategic planning. The Senior Advisor will work closely with affiliate leaders to design and support programs that meet the diverse needs of the network, with a strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Responsibilities include contributing to the creation and implementation of leadership programs, acting as a project manager for special initiatives, and ensuring that all programs align with the company's organizational resilience and leadership competency model.
