Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. 2. Use your expertise in SHRM and ATS to streamline our recruitment process and make it more efficient and effective. 3. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and professional networks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. 4. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability for positions. 5. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to meet them. 6. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 7. Stay up-to-date with current recruitment methods and trends. 8. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. 9. Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership about the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably in a consulting environment. 2. Proven experience with Interviewing, Talent Acquisition, SHRM, and ATS. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 4. Strong knowledge of current recruitment practices and trends. 5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of individuals. 6. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 7. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 8. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable. 9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. 10. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges in the recruitment process.
