Skilled Laborer (Concrete Repair and Protection)

Location: Various job sites, both in-state and out-of-state travel required

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Skilled Laborers to join our highly motivated crew. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction environments, be able to work in a fast-paced setting, and be comfortable with frequent travel out of state.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various concrete repair and protection tasks under the supervision of a foreman or site supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction tasks.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and specialized equipment, such as drills, saws, hammers, and power tools.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of concrete structures and surfaces.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all team members.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal, ensuring a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Travel out of state frequently to work on various construction projects.
• Be flexible with working various shifts, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in skilled labor positions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating a wide range of construction tools and specialized equipment.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair and protection methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work out of state on various construction projects.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
