As a Social Media Manager at The Pack Labs, you will represent our in-house brands, Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual with extensive experience in the cannabis or hemp-derived cannabinoid space to spearhead our online presence and digital marketing efforts. As the driving force behind our brand visibility strategy, you'll lead social media campaigns and initiatives, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to engage our audience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Craft comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms including Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Daily Management: Oversee the daily operations of our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-level, compelling content tailored to our target audience and brand voice, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Cap Cut, iMovie, and Canva.
  • Leverage Marketing Angles: Understand and effectively use marketing angles to maximize audience engagement and drive business objectives.
  • Capture Visual Content: Utilize basic DSLR camera knowledge to capture high-quality visuals and videos for social media content.
  • On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable on camera and possess acting skills to create engaging video content.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Monitor Trends: Stay ahead of social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Analyze Performance: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, technologies, and best practices, continually optimizing performance.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Extensive experience leading social media efforts in the cannabis or hemp-derived cannabinoid space, or other restricted product categories.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Cap Cut, iMovie, and Canva.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the industry of hemp-derived cannabinoids and staying ahead of industry trends.
