Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide online speech therapy services to K-12 students in Illinois. This flexible, fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions to K-12 students, addressing their unique speech and language needs.
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech and language skills, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide ongoing support and therapy to ensure continued progress and improvement in communication abilities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
Use engaging, interactive tools to create a dynamic and effective virtual learning environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, to track each student's development.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
An active Illinois SLP license and Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
At least 2 years of experience working with K-12 students in a speech therapy role.
Previous experience with teletherapy is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to organize and manage caseloads efficiently.
Ability to create an engaging, online therapy experience using virtual tools and resources.
