Position Overview
The Sr. IT Manager, Solutions Support is a proactive leader who collaborates with business teams and IT to manage a portfolio of solutions that align with company goals. This role ensures technology solutions meet business needs and adhere to architectural standards, while also providing leadership and support to a team of three to four Solutions Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery: Partner with IT teams to resolve recurring issues, provide documentation and training, and serve as an escalation point for support tickets. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project execution aligns with business objectives.
Business Analysis: Evaluate new business requests, translate them into technical requirements, and maintain accurate system documentation. Monitor and update the current solution portfolio to stay aligned with business needs and emerging technology trends.
System Administration & Support: Perform software updates, maintain system configurations, and lead Tier 3/4 support escalations. Ensure clear documentation and smooth transitions to the support organization.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, project management, or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
Minimum of five years in minimum of two IT solution development disciplines, with at least three years in IT management roles.
Experience in the c-store, retail, and/or fuel wholesale industries is essential.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems required; PDI Technologies experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to apply them to evolving business models.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in an outsourced environment and navigate organizational dynamics.

Hybrid schedule: Two days in-office at our La Plata, MD headquarters (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with occasional additional days for training or meetings.
Occasional travel to sites or conferences, with related expenses eligible for reimbursement.
