Alternative Synergy The Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager for our upcoming performance. The Stage Manager will oversee the smooth execution of the show, including managing cues, coordinating with the AV Operator, and ensuring all elements run seamlessly.

Dates & Times:

Friday, March 7th: 30-minute pre-event meeting (evening hours).

Saturday, March 8th: 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour for 4 hours total ($120.00).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee show cues and transitions during the performance.
• Coordinate with the AV Operator to ensure sound and lighting run smoothly.
• Manage communication between performers and technical crew.
• Handle any on-the-spot issues or adjustments to ensure a seamless performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in stage management or performance coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability for the specified dates and times.
• Passion for dance and performance spaces.
• Professionalism and a collaborative attitude.
